I can’t say thanks enough to Nan and Junior. We were making our first trip to the island of St Thomas. I used the JS Miller website to connect with Nan. She was very responsive and extremely helpful in coordinating two sets of family members arriving on different flights. She really helped take the stress out of arrival and departure transportation planning. Junior (driver) was early for all of our pickups and he was in constant communication by text. We used JS Miller Taxi for transfers from the airport, to the ferry and from the ferry on our return trip from BVI and to the airport for our return flight home – as well as a couple of trips to the grocery store and nearby restaurants. We also took an island tour with Junior. He is extremely knowledgeable and happy to share details of the island’s history. Thanks again for the stop at Mountain Top for banana daiquiris! I highly recommend JS Miller Taxi and will use them again during any future trips to St Thomas.

Very prompt and professional service. After landing and going through the airport Covid check at STT, I was called and advised my transportation was there and location. A HUGE PLUS! The van was clean inside and out and my luggage was handled with care, assuring me JSMILLER takes pride in their services. My ride was customized to include a quick stop for a few necessities, which was an important factor for me. I scheduled round trip transportation; however, I wanted to venture out for dinner, and contacted JSMILLER and there was availability. I highly recommend them for private, punctual, safe, and professional transportation services.

Once we decided to nix the car rental and if needed, get one for a day or 2 while in STT, I spent some time searching for a private taxi service to pick us up and return us to the STT airport. I came up JS Miller Taxi and started to chat with Customer Support. In a matter of minutes I knew this was our transport solution, booked the RT transport, received my confirm and anticipated meeting Junior upon arrival. With reviews so personable and glowing with thanks and praise – I knew I was in great hands. Enter Junior! Smiling, knowledgeable and genuine. Anyone who will pull over twice, dig for a bag and continuously give you the countdown until we get to our AirBnB so the motion sickness will stop – is my HERO! He is just such a kind man with a heart of gold and went above and beyond. Our return trip was no different – minus the motion sickness. Junior arrived earlier than originally planned, given our checkout time – he is quick to accommodate. On our way back to the airport I commented that I did not recall seeing some of the sites on our way to the condo and that it must have been because I was “busy.” Junior replied “I took a different route so you would not get sick.” Ride in a taxi on St. Thomas and you’ll find that it takes someone like Junior to take care of passengers like that. Thank you, Junior!

They are the BEST taxi service on ST. THOMAS. Junior took my girls and I everywhere we wanted to go everyday of our trip. From Coki’s beach, Redhook, Magens Bay, Main St to shop as well as a tour which included The famous Banana Daquiri–highly recommend you have one. They were courteous, professional, helpful clean and always on time. I would HIGHLY recommend you use their service they are the best. I will be using them when I come back.

It was early in the morning and I was desperately calling for a taxi, but no one wanted to pick me up. I was in despair since my flight was about to go, but thankfully JS Miller taxi picked me up and helped me get to my flight. Wonderful!
